1. All tickets are non-refundable.

2. Once payment has been processed, you will revceive your ticket via email, all online sales are final.

3. Each ticket contains a unique barcode and must be presented on entry. Only one entry per ticket. Any duplications won't be accepted and will be denied entry.

4. Every person attending the event must have their own ticket. If you have kids ages 4 and under, you must purchase a Free ticket for him/her.

5. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

6. All tickets will be scanned upon entry.

7. There are limited number of tickets and tickets are sold on a first come first serve basis.

8. Seats will be assigned to all guests. All guests will be provided a designated table based on the time of purchase. Guests must sit on their designated seat.

9. Bhangra Fitness or any of its members and the event venue are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

10. Bhangra Fitness or any of its members and the event venue are not responsible for any injuries developed while attending this event.

11. Each ticket holder will solely be responsible for any damages that he/she may cause during the event.

12. Bhangra Fitness reserves the right to use photographs and videos taken during the event for the purposes of instruction, advertising and promoting Bhangra Fitness and its programs and all attendees have no rights to the same and will not be compensated for the same.

13.The event schedule is subject to change without notice.

14. In case of event cancellation, a refund will be provided to the original payment method or if the original payment method is not available it will be provided by other alternatives as decided by bhangra fitness management.
