Cancellation Policy

**Acknowledgment of Risk & Liability Release** I understand that participating in dance classes and related activities involves inherent risks, including the potential for personal injury. While safety precautions are taken, accidents and injuries may still occur. By enrolling in classes or events offered by Bhangra Fitness, I acknowledge and accept all risks associated with the use of any facilities or spaces utilized by Bhangra Fitness. I hereby release Bhangra Fitness, its instructors, staff, dancers, contractors, employees, and event sponsors from any liability for injuries or illnesses sustained during participation in dance classes, activities, rehearsals, workshops, performances, or any related events. Parent/Guardian Acknowledgment: By registering, you confirm that you are the legal parent or guardian of the child being enrolled and that you have the authority to agree to these terms on their behalf.
