Food & Beverage Policy:
Outside food is permitted. All food must be fully prepared - no cooking or heating is allowed on site. Alcohol is strictly prohibited.
We offer discounts through select restaurants. Ask about our partner list for easier setup and savings.
Renter is responsible for all food-related cleanup, including removing leftovers and packaging before the end of their rental time.
All leftovers must be cleared and all garbage must be disposed of before leaving the studio.
Other Policies

Only in house decor company allowed for event decorations. Clients are welcome to bring small personal display items such as table centerpieces, framed photos, and signage.

No third-party decorators, DIY installations, or outside backdrop setups are permitted.

All music/announcements must end by your rental end time

A signed rental agreement and valid ID required
