Glow Bhangra Kids Event – Event Policy

1. Event Overview

Thank you for joining our Glow Bhangra event! This is a fun, safe, and engaging Bhangra experience designed for kids to enjoy music, dance, and culture. By purchasing or using a ticket to this event, you agree to the following event policies.

 

2. Entry & Ticket Policy

  • All attendees must have a valid ticket for entry.

  • Tickets can be presented in printed or digital form.

  • Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the event start time for check-in.

  • Parents or guardians must accompany children to the lobby for sign-in and sign-out.

  • No refunds or credits will be issued for missed attendance.

  • In case the event is cancelled by the host, a full refund will be provided.

 

3. Safety & Supervision

  • Our team ensures a safe and supervised environment throughout the event.

  • Parents are requested to inform staff of any allergies or medical concerns prior to the event.

  • Children must remain in designated event areas at all times.

  • Glow props and accessories are provided for fun use only; misuse may result in removal from the activity.

 

4. Dress Code

  • Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for dance and indoor activity.

  • White or neon clothing is recommended to enhance the glow-in-the-dark experience.

 

5. Photography & Video Consent

By attending this event, you acknowledge and consent that photos and/or videos may be taken by Bhangra Fitness staff for promotional and social media purposes.

  • These materials may appear on our website, social media pages, or future marketing content.

  • No personal names will be shared without permission.

 

6. Conduct & Behavior

  • This is a family-friendly event. Respectful and positive behavior is expected from all participants.

  • Any child engaging in unsafe or disruptive behavior may be removed from the activity area.

 

7. Liability

Bhangra Fitness, its instructors, and staff are not responsible for injuries, lost items, or personal belongings during the event. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
