Liability Waiver Terms

Assumption of Risk

Participation in Bhangra Fitness programs, including Bhangra, fitness activities, and other physical activities, involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury, illness, or death.

These risks may arise from participation in activities as well as from being present at, entering, exiting, or using the Bhangra Fitness premises and facilities.

By participating, the participant and their parent/guardian acknowledge and voluntarily accept the risks associated with participation.

Release of Liability

The Bhangra Fitness waiver requires participants and, where applicable, their parent/guardian to release, waive, and hold harmless Bhangra Fitness, its owners, directors, staff, instructors, contractors, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from participation in activities or presence at or use of the premises or facilities, including claims arising from negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Ontario.

Participants Under 18

For participants under 18, the waiver must be completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian who has the authority to provide consent on behalf of the minor participant.

Health and Emergency

Participants and their parent/guardian are responsible for determining whether the participant is physically fit to participate and for seeking medical advice where appropriate.

The waiver includes authorization for Bhangra Fitness to obtain medical assistance in an emergency when necessary, with responsibility for associated costs resting with the participant or parent/guardian.

Waiver Required Before Participation

A parent/guardian must complete and sign the full Bhangra Fitness Waiver, Release & Terms of Participation before a child may participate in their first class.
